SKITTLES

The Path-or-Nones meet once a year, near Xmas, to play a game of skittles at a local hostelry, the turn of the Admiral Rodney on 13th December 2003. This is an opportunity to meet all members of the family, swop tales and talk plans for the New Year. In 2003 we decided to invite the Pathfinders, a newly formed group in our neighbouring parish of Wichenford. In the event, this was a mistake. Far from bonding the two groups together, with the Witches sitting at the feet of the long established Path-or-Nones to learn the trade of 'looking after local byways and highways'--they beat us and took home the cup they had brought with them.
